We offer a full and committed Commercial and Business agency service to a wide variety of private, regional and national clients in Devon and Cornwall.  Our years of local experience enables us to correctly assess the target market and likely market value of the property and business and to produce quality brochures and sales particulars which show an understanding of the market sector concerned.  With an established applicant register we are able to bring the property to the attention of appropriate buyers.  We also undertake, on a regular basis, local and national advertising using appropriate mediums including the West Briton, Cornishman, Cornish Guardian and Western Morning News newspapers, specialist publications for commercial property including The Estates Gazette, Property News SW and Property Week and business publications including Daltons Weekly, Caterer & Hotelkeeper and The Licensee.

Local advertising is normally included within our competitive fee and national and regional advertising is agreed with clients prior to marketing on an agreed budget basis.  We are also able to place advertisements in specialist journals and magazines relative to a property's particular market sector.

Sales and lettings can be achieved through private treaty negotiations, informal or formal tenders or by way of Public Auction.
