Our experience in local markets enables us to give detailed advice on potential development opportunities from bare land and green field development through to refurbishment or re-development of brown field sites.  Our service starts at the preliminary consideration stage and can include advice on types of development, density, planning opportunities and in conjunction with the Building and Design Division, providing fully detailed development drawings and submitting Planning Applications.

We can advise on the disposal of development schemes or assist through our project management services the completion and delivery of the development.

We are able to provide comprehensive advice and appraisals on potential development acquisitions by clients both for private and secured lending purposes.
