Party Wall Legislation, Dilaps and Expert Witness Work

Our experience of the Party Wall Act enables us to act for both the building owner and the adjoining owner in the Administration of the Act including the preparation of Schedules of Condition, and the agreement of those Conditions and Party Wall awards.

We act for both Landlords and Tenants with respect to Dilapidation issues, giving advice on repairing Covenants, responsibilities for repair and consequent negotiations.

We prepare Reports on Building Construction and Detailing as instructed by Solicitors and to act as Expert Witnesses with respect to relevant areas of expertise.
