Building Conservation and Repair

We have 40 years experience in the analysis of regional vernacular construction and the specification of its conservation and repair.

We have established good relationships with both English Heritage and Local Authority Conservation Officers and regularly specify work on Grade I and Grade II* buildings as well as Grade II Listed built fabric.

We have experience of specifying repairs to Scheduled Ancient Monuments and have managed the Application for Grant Assistance for the implementation of that work.

We are on the list of Approved Surveyors for both the Diocese of Exeter and Truro and the Practice acts as Diocesan Surveyors for The Glebe in both Diocese.
