Introduction to Building and Design Services

The Building Design and Architectural Services Department of Stratton & Holborow is based in Truro and Exeter.

We offer a comprehensive, rounded service to the client ensuring that from inception to the completion of a project, the construction process is as painless as possible.  To ensure all possible needs are met, we can help in design and layout, tendering and project supervision; we assist with budgets, certification and the agreement of accounts.  When the project is completed, we can advise on running and maintenance costs and provide a full property management services.

A thorough understanding of conservation methods, traditional construction techniques with their regional variations is combined with sympathetic and imaginative architectural treatment. This goes hand in hand with a thorough knowledge of the legal framework that shapes modern construction practice.
