The Residential Sales Division of Stratton & Holborow combines an individual and personal service to its clients whilst maintaining a national and international understanding of property marketing. Sales brochures are regularly mailed all over the world and properties marketed on the internet. 
Advertising and editorial copy is placed in carefully selected publications such as Country Life, the Financial Times and the Sunday Telegraph.
One of the strengths of the Division is the range of outstanding estates, important country houses, picturesque cottages and waterside properties that it offers. In each case an individual strategy is developed to ensure that information regarding the property reaches the widest possible market place.
The Residential Sales team offers each client help, support and guidance through the sales process with advice on the first steps of marketing, when to sell, and the most effective method of sale, whether by Private Treaty, Auction, or Tender.
Rates of commission are negotiated individually, any additional charges, for example, colour brochures or national advertising, are only incurred with the clients' express consent.
The Division also offers a property buying service with inspections and advice on values, surveys and possible improvements to meet the most discerning customer's requirements.
