Directions
On the A39 “Atlantic Highway” between Wadebridge and the A30 at Fraddon, head for the Trekenning Roundabout at St Columb Major and take the exit westwards onto the A3059 signposted for Newquay.
Follow the A3059 for approximately 3½ miles before turning left at the crossroads, immediately passing between a post box on your right and two semi-detached houses on your left.
From the crossroads follow the road for approximately ¾ mile through the hamlet of Trebarber and on to the land. The gates to the two lots are situated on the right hand side, directly opposite the entrance to Porth Reservoir.
For those with satellite navigation devices, Melancoose Mill and Porth Reservoir Bungalow are the closest postcode addresses and they are located on either side of the land. The postcode for these is TR8 4JS.
