Water Supply
Mains water is currently provided to Tregaire Barton Cottages via the way of a sub-meter from Tregaire Barton Farm Supplies. The appropriate rights and easements will all be within the purchasers’ price. Compensation will be payable to the occupier of the land for any loss of crop or disturbance.
